Account Manager – AlphaGraphics Central Business District | Las Vegas
AlphaGraphics is looking for an organized, customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help clients bring their ideas to life while managing projects from estimate to delivery. You'll work with a talented production team and develop long-term relationships with businesses throughout Las Vegas.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer projects from estimate through production and delivery
- Build relationships with existing customers and help grow their business
- Follow up on inbound leads and opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and project communication
- Consult with clients and recommend products and solutions
- Prepare estimates and enter orders accurately
- Coordinate with our production team to ensure successful project execution
- Use CRM and MIS systems to manage customer relationships and project details
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services when opportunities exist
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and desire to serve customers
- Printing or graphics experience is a plus, but not required
- Account management or customer service experience preferred

Compensation: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour
